the staff was very helpful i really liked the buffet breakfast there were good options i stayed at an all women room each person has their own place to lock luggage
the aircon was not cold even at 20 c it reminded me of a fan

The location is perfect with a local seven eleven so close. Yummy food is available on the rooftop, I liked that. Chill areas are nice and I found the rooms super clean, yay. Staff members are friendly, it was awesome.
The windows dont seal properly and noise from outside disturbed me.

The place is in a safe area, so I feel secure all the time. A seven eleven and a starbucks are just around the corner, I can go there at anytime. It is very convenient, nice.

the rooftop restaurant provided amazing city views , especially during sunset. i found the security measures reassuring , especially the door security personnel. the fast wifi was reliable , helpful for both work and leisure. its proximity to century city mall was very convenient for shopping and dining.
the room , while functional , was smaller than i had initially anticipated.

It was my second time here, and everything was clean. Staff members were helpful. I will return. The rooftop bar offers nice views of the city. I enjoyed a drink. I liked that a coffee shop is next door. A convenience store is steps away.
The street noise was quite noticeable. Zero soundproofing exists, especially from my fifth-floor room facing the street.
